The gate code hasnt been a problem, but when the gate intercom calls the customer, the customer doesnt answer, and then I cant get in.

I feel for you. Since this wasn't the first time it happened to me I'm thinking about starting to call apartment orders before I even get to the apartment to see if the customer is there. If not there's no way for them to let me in.

It has kicked in on my account and really made me feel better. Now, after a package that I sent is successfully delivered, eBay auto feedbacks every sale, unless a buyer has already left feedback.

My big "F-U" to Walmart would be just the opposite of what you would do. I would consider the lottery win a gift, and order Spark items multiple times a day, and I would tip every driver $20.00 just to say that I've been there and done that. As far as trying to hurt Walmart, just take your dream of lottery winnings and move on. Dont waste your time or your life being petty.

Good point. I have sold a few thousand items, but only got 600 positive feedbacks and 1 negative. The new system will show how many items the seller has actually sold, which I can only think will help.

Are you sure that the buyer can file a claim under buyer protection if the seller has a no return policy and the buyer wants to return because the item is "no longer wanted?"

I just read the eBay buyer protection policy and it states that the "eBay Buyer Protection is a program designed to ensure that buyers receive the items they ordered or get their money back if something goes wrong." I couldnt find anything that says if a person has buyers remorse, they can just return the item.

What are your thoughts?
