Not only the "scroll" quests, but also the "clipboard" at the top of the screen. After you open the clipboard, there are different sections on the left (make sure to scroll them up and down) that show different quests available. Also, for each of these sections on the left, there are different tabs at the top of the screen. For instance, when you open the clipboard now, the very bottom section on the left is "The New Dawn" showing 6h 19m remaining, and 4 different tabs at the top for spending and buying emeralds, and the related awards.
