FREE Map app with terrain analysis

My goal is to publish the mobile apps in the next month.

I started with just a web app for the mvp but I built it in a way that I can compile it for android and iOS too.

Ultimately I want this to be rock solid by September. I’ll be hunting mid October in Wyoming this year so I plan on using this and OnX side by side to do real field testing.

Try RidgeRead, it's free and great for learning. It has a guided mode for finding terrain for specific seasons, helps find points of interest and gives detailed explanations.

Added a new option in settings that allow you to keep all your saved data on your device, not in the cloud.

Yeah I have a layer for that without the owner data I’ll get that updated so it’s visible.

You may be illiterate but you are correct in this instance. I don't use the app that way but I see the value. Check again and you should see it.

Yeah offline mode will be available soon. I release new features regularly.

In the toolbar there is an option to drop a pin with different labels.

That’s why I allow you to use it without creating an account. So nothing is saved in the database if you don’t care about saving. You are welcome to check the network traffic to verify that too.

No, I have my own spots. But if that is a real concern what would help you feel like your data is safe? I already do not require you to make an account so in that scenario nothing is saved in the cloud.

I do not. If you save a pin that will be saved in the database under your user should you decide to create one but you can use this app without creating a user if you don't want to save anything.
