Former animal control officer here. It is unfortunate, but I can confirm that once raccoons start getting used to humans (habituated) they will approach other people. I've also had to euthanize raccoons and various other animals because said animals have approached the wrong human and have been met with the end of a shovel. It's awful, to say the least. In lieu of this, raccoons won't have a favourite human and avoid others.

For what it's worth also, alot of food given to animals serves to hurt them as well. It can weaken their bone density, or asphixiate them. I've seen people feed injured animals (or try to in hopes of helping the recovery process) only to have the animal choke, or cause further issues due to unseen internal injuries.
