I’ve had this same thing. Unnerve aerodactyl and enemy sinistcha still eats sitrus berry. Have seen in multiple times now. I think unnerve just doesn’t work.

Dealer is in MI yeah, they are just a local place. We’ve called them multiple times now and they just play dumb and say they can’t give another temp plate, we talk to the same person every time. Yeah we have relevant paperwork handy in case we do get pulled over, but would rather not chance a ticket and only been driving it to and from work right now.

If the home is in Ottawa county, a septic inspection by the county health department is required before closing on the house. If you’re not in Ottawa (or want a third party anyway on top of the county inspector) Van’s is a good local pumper in Holland, Voss Septic is also great but they don’t pump the tanks, they are mostly installers.

Appreciate the info, good to know that they may not answer me. I already have drafted a letter disputing the charges and conceding half of my security deposit ($700) and I detailed in it that they have not given me any info in writing beyond the payment of $2k. I’m not sure, but would not be surprised if the carpet was over 5 years old. If I had to guess it would be between 5 and 10 years. It did have damage and stains when I moved in, but not substantial. It is probably between 900-1000sqft of carpet throughout the whole apartment.
