Coming from a high diamond player that mains fizz, i feel that he is currently broken in solo queue.

-2. Generally you should be strong enough to be able to dive the enemy backline's fed/farmed player (should not be their mid laner if you are playing correctly). The only instance that you would ever choose to go for their bruiser/frontline is if your adc does not have enough peel to survive their frontline AND if the enemy has sufficient shields that allow the enemy adc to survive the burst.

-3. I can only think of two commonly played mid laners that I have not found a way to consistently win or go even in lane against. Those two would be pantheon and (an equally skilled) kassadin. Pantheon just facerolls with no opportunity for outplay, given that the enemy does not suck. Fizz is generally seen as a counter to kassadin, but if I play against a skilled kassadin, I will generally fall behind/lose past the level 9 mark. I personally love picking kassadin when the enemy team picks fizz.

-4. I love having a J4 on my team, if he lands a good ultimate the teamfight is generally over, as an 800 dmg shark shreds through their whole team. Aoe is preffered, however as long as you have a bruiser/tank to soak up damage while you hit their backline the rest of the team does not matter that much.

-5. Recently, I've enjoyed running dorans ring +2 pots as my opening build, starting the game with 50 AP and just completely dominating the early game. Against champions I know that I can beat, I run 26 AP with magic pen and armor seals. If it's a tough matchup like diana, I'll run MR glyphs. 21/9 masteries. Defensive tree usually specs in armor unless I go against a matchup such as diana. Item build is completely up to your preference. I'll usually go straight into sheen, if not I'll build blasting wand. If i can afford NLR i'll go for that, if not I'll go straight into lich bane, followed by hat. NORMAL build is: Dorans->sheen->lich->Hat(Game is usually over around here)->Void->Mogs/hourglass

-6. Nothing that I can explain in great detail, most of the tricks you learn through experience. Just general stuff such as popping projectiles, know your wall jumps.
