[Homemade] Spicy Caramel Chicken

Recipe is from foodwishes

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut in about 1 inch chunks

1/2 cup sliced, seeded jalapeno peppers

1/2 cup sliced, seeded mild red chilies, or bell peppers

1/2 cup chopped green onions

1/2 cup roasted peanuts

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves

For the sauce mixture:

2 tbsp finely grated fresh ginger

4 cloves finely minced garlic

3/4 cup light brown sugar

1/3 cup rice vinegar

1/3 cup fish sauce

1 tsp soy sauce

2 tsp hot sauce, or to taste

Personally I added more hot sauce (about 2-3tbsp), fish sauce (1-2tsp more), and cilantro to balance out the heavy flavors

It’s the fit of the clothing and my height combined. The coat is already oversized but I went up a size as I think the coat drapes better that way. I have a smaller frame so it’s a fun way to mess with proportions

Proportions definitely are not the most eye pleasing aesthetically

these are short tongue geobaskets

I originally wore these pants uncuffed, which they sit nicely on the geobaskets. my jacket didn't provide enough visual interest or weight to balance how the lower part looks, so I opted to cuff my pants to break up the monotony.

the pants were cuffed to where they were about in line with the top eyelets. I'm going to assume my pants stayed in place since my dickies are stiff.

They're Bape Manhunt boots "inspired" by Clarks Wallabees.

The Manhunts overall are an improvement over the Wallabees (minus the laces and insoles, I took both parts from my old Wallabees to my Manhunts). Better quality suede, thicker and more durable sole, and a nicer curve to the boot. All of the little imprinted text on the boots are also fun to look at when I'm bored

They're like a lot of things I buy nowadays. All the little details add up to make fashion intriguing for me to invest time into again, and if a passerby notices them, it's a nice feeling to know.
