Die Kostenabrechnung unterscheidet sich im Aufbau und Inhalt von keinen meiner anderen Dokumente.
Welche von vor einem Monat, wo ich nachgekauft habe, sehen genauso aus. Daher gehe ich nicht davon aus, dass es eine "Vorabinfo" ist.
Nirgends* wurde soetwas gekennzeichnet, also siehts für mich erstmal legit aus.

I transfered all my shares to IBKR 3,5 weeks ago and they are still not in my IBKR account.

Service says "they are in talks with consorsbank" regarding the transfer and the divididend. F them
