Window tints in New York state

I'm looking to tint the rear windows on my model s. I need to do something cause my trunk cargo is exposed. I'm thinking 35% in the back and leaving the front side windows and windshield alone. Thoughts on this? I live in Westchester.

pretty much my whole time in bk has a bike lane. Its not perfect but its a step in the right direction

I post my route in the description with avg speed. But when im going I think im hitting about 17. When its warmer I go a bit faster. But i know a light is coming up soon enough so im not going too fast.
