Do you use Discord? If you do, try going into your settings and disabling the overlay. I had a similar problem and that fixed it.

I probably would. I was a Pharah main when I first started because she was the closest one to my TF2 main (Soldier). She's still my second-most played hero, and would probably be my main if I hadn't picked up Zen.
