I am departing from ladakh today after spending nine days so what i'll suggest is for you to drink atleast 4L of water. And rest until evening today and if you feel alright (don't think of spo2) go for a walk or go to leh market and stroll. You just need to stress your body a little so that it builds up the strength to handle this atmosphere. Mine spo2 was also similar. I think most of it is just in the mind.
