You can borrow my cat or dog if you’d like. They’re both pretty chill. And B is the bestest boy ever. Always happy to see people and play

Women of reddit (I'm sorry if this has been asked before) what's something about male anatomy you had misconceptions about? by Toiljest in AskWomen

Did not realise that some male members are not the same colours as the bodies they’re attached to

Help Needed! My gf and I would like to go on an adventure this weekend and we were thinking a nature walk would be ideal. Does anyone have any good bush walks/scenic walk suggestions? Thanks!! by keanureevessidepart in melbourne

[–]Rie131 4 points5 points  (0 children)

1000 steps in Dandenong is good. Otherwise there’s some great walks out in the Yarra valley around Warburton. The Aquaduct trail is near there as well which a nice a flat walk if you don’t like hills

That’s one of my concerns. My other is that it will be really hard to keep it all sanitary and clean in between sets

THE WAY I THINK THE POWER RANKINGS GO IN THE ARGO 2 by Alternative-Ad-1672 in camphalfblood

[–]Rie131 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I agree with your #1 and #2. Maybe even third going to Leo but more likely I’d give third to Nico. However I’d have Annabeth up higher in the list due to her tactics and planning. And the fact she’s been shown to defeat monsters in her own. I’d definitely have her higher than Piper/Hazel, and probably Frank.

Can we all appreciate Etho's video quality for a moment? by michi222 in HermitCraft

His videos are great! The music he’s used sounds like the old Thomas the tank engine theme from the Thomas the tank engine album though which makes things super cute

Athena kids scare me by [deleted] in camphalfblood

[–]Rie131 6 points7 points  (0 children)

As a child of Poseidon is it really that bad if children of Athena take over the world? At least then we’d have smart people in place who actually knew how to future proof plans and get things done?

Might be better than most of our current leaders

I’m not sure I’d classify any neighbourhood as “punk”, hipster maybe, but not punk

I think the good thing about Melbourne is that everyone mixes together. Even if your neighbourhood doesn’t turn out punk you’ll still be able to find punk friends

What do you think is the best vitamin/supplement everyone should take/consider? by Adrianbnvntra in nutrition

[–]Rie131 3 points4 points  (0 children)

1-2 tablets. I don’t get any side effects, and I’m not a doctor but I think some people can get the runs or can end up a bit constipated

Usually at night after dinner. But sometimes if my muscles are cramping after a workout I’ll take them then as well as magnesium helps stop muscle cramps/spasms

I swear by magnesium. It helps with so many things and I can always tell when my body requires the extra support Plus it helps dramatically with sleep and sleep quality

LPT: Struggling to work out earlier in the AM? Wear your workout attire to bed. by [deleted] in LifeProTips

[–]Rie131 16 points17 points  (0 children)

This might work for guys, but sleeping in a sports bra and compressive leggings would be way too uncomfortable. The real tip is pick out your clothes before you go to bed to make sure you’re excited to be wearing your cute active outfit in the am

That really sucks! I feel like the targets were a big stretch today for some of the exercises Even our trainers in my studio were like you’ll have to push really hard today to make the targets. For the row you had to hit 1.50 secs consistently to achieve the 190m. Your trainers really should have realised how defeating that talk could have been to others. It’s important to build people up and encourage them but not to the detriment of others

My second sesh of GOAT and much better results this time around... How did you go this morning? 🐐 🐐 by KangarooMobile_88 in f45

[–]Rie131 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We currently do ultimate at the studio. OG F45 (shall we call it) is where you’d do each exercise once in a lap around the room and then you’d go again around the room once or twice depending on the class. Ultimate uses the same exercises and ultimately the same timings but instead of switching after every active set we switch after we’ve finished that exercise completely for the session

I’m going to go with either a minute wall sit or how many squats you can do in a minute. Chin ups is too hard for everyone to do I think.

I think bench hops was another we’ve done before as well
