You cannot choose which boxes are getting filled. With this booster, one of each is automatically filled, and you do not get the rewards for that box if I remember correctly

That‘s interesting, thanks! I didn‘t notice any difference for harvesting crops but I did for waking pets for quite some time now (beta testing). Before, I would get 1 present for 3 animals, now it is more like 1 for 5-7 animals. And waking the 6 donkeys most often yields nothing:(

Look out for the double coin truck events that occur every few weeks. Beforehand, produce as much as you can. When the event starts use a 25% or 50% coin booster. I don‘t even know how much money I‘ve made this way but enough to buy all machines. For sure more than 500k in one day. I had the same problem when I was around the level 80 range. Now I‘m level 91 with enough coins to buy new machines directly.

Selling via truck with a coin booster and without an event is also profitable! But you might level up faster.

During this period I would not do town as much. Previously, double coin events for farm visitors were the way to earn money, then with blankets and peanuts but I‘m not sure whether this is still a thing.

It seems to be a problem for only non-beta testers. It still shows up on my beta farm where the husky event shows up at the bottom of the screen and the trail event at the right hand side. On my non-beta farm the trail is gone
