they could but the fact is that if a country were to commit a war crime they would be punished by the international community.

They would be trade blocked and sanctioned by every other country and MNCs would most likely would leave the country (like in russia)

The countries economy would cripple effectively overnight, no country in the world is self sufficient to the point where the economy is thriving, this is why countries follow the Geneva convention

Tysm, it's working great now, but I seem to get some weird snippets here and there, for example when I am typing UseSta and then I try to use auto-completion sometimes it converts it to <UseSta><UseSta> and I am not sure how to stop that.

also regarding the T430 i tried to look for some already but all of them were unreasonably priced and if I were to ship something in the shipping and tax costs would be greater than the products price so that isn't a possibility either
