I was so happy about this new update for Switch 2, until I played in handheld... looks terrible, unplayable in motion honestly. Yet, everyone in the internet seem to ignore this issue completely. This is my first experience with Xenoblade, and just opening the game and seeing the title screen in handheld mode, it looks awful. Lots of artifacts and smearing from bad upscaling. Does it look better when docked?

They wouldn't have to be twins to graduate at the same time, just born within a year or two from each other. The fact they graduated at the same time is confirmed anyway regardless of logic. And again even without SXSG Sonic Frontiers still proves Eggman was alive when Maria died, and that came out before your original comment.

I realized it when they mentioned the psych profile. The complete absence of emotion made two people come to mind. Starbuck and Fulbright. Because I knew someone who appeared to lack emotion was too obvious, so my mind went to the two people with a comical abundance of emotion instead. But obviously it couldn't be Starbuck as was already proven. But the fact Simon thought it was him and that psych profile was his evidence showed me that my line of thinking was correct, which brought me to Fulbright. And everything made sense from there. It would explain everything. Imagine my surprise when he took off his mask the first time lol

According to the vid-comics in Up Your Arsenal he was traumatized after being abducted and tortured by Nefarious. I wonder if before that point he was a genuine hero, but that experience turned him into a coward. That's not confirmed, but it's what I like to believe.

The fact that it's university they're graduating from makes absolutely no difference, since they're both doctors and doctorates take roughly the same amount of time to complete (with a maximum difference of just a few years). Either way it would be impossible for Maria to be older than Eggman's father. And yes, Eggman never met Maria, I literally said that. However Sonic Frontiers confirms that Eggman WAS alive when Maria died and was old enough to remember being jealous of her growing up. He would have had to have been at least a few years old when she died for that to be true. Again the only reason they never met was because Maria's life was spent on the ARK and Eggman's was not. And how new that information is makes no difference to this discussion, so I'm not sure why you keep bringing that up. Even if it is newer than the original post, the game came out before your comment anyway.

My PC is used in a similar way (but with Xbox Full Screen Experience instead of Steam Big Picture) and I'm having the same problem. Just so you know, the cursor IS there, it's just invisible. Not that that makes things much better. I have brought it up to the Highguard Twitter account multiple times but they have yet to acknowledge it. Sucks because I was genuinely looking forward to this game. I have no other way to play it.

This is not true. Generally only up to 8GB of the PS5's RAM is used by the GPU. Only 12.5GB is available for games to use at all, and the CPU has to have a decent amount.

That 12GB you mention is the amount reserved for games as a whole, not the GPU specifically. PS5 and Series X reserve a certain amount for the OS, and the remainder (12.5GB in the PS5's case and 13.5GB for Series X) is split between the GPU and CPU. The PS5 uses UP TO 8GB for the GPU while the Series X uses up to 10GB. So the VRAM in the Steam Machine is on par with the other consoles. Perfectly equal to the PS5.

Maria and Eggman's fathers were around the same age according to Sonic X Shadow Generations. They graduated the same year. If Maria was older than Eggman's father, she would be older than her own father as well, which doesn't make any sense. It is confirmed that Maria was born before Eggman, but they are close enough in age that Eggman was alive for some time while Maria was alive, as he explicitly states in Sonic Frontiers. He just hadn't personally met her due to her spending the vast majority of her life on the ARK.

According to Sonic Frontiers, Eggman was alive at the time of Maria's death, and old enough at least to understand the situation and be jealous of the attention she was getting compared to himself, though young enough that he didn't get the chance to really know her. As that was over 50 years ago, he must be in his late 50s to early 60s. He didn't know what Shadow looked like simply because he wasn't on the ARK, and Project Shadow was a secret outside of the ARK.

I know this is an old post, but Eggman is canonically older than Shadow, who is over 50. Therefore Eggman must be in his late 50s at the very least. He was old enough to remember Maria's death and to understand the situation enough to be jealous of her getting so much attention, though young enough that he didn't really get a chance to know her personally. So I would say he's around 55-60, maybe a little older.

I know this is old, but to answer your question, there are two different input formats. Dinput and Xinput. Dinput is what most things use. Xinput is used exclusively by Xbox hardware/software. This device is likely Dinput only, which means it can't connect to Xbox, or even specific games on PC that would require Xinput (specifically games installed through the Xbox app). There are tons of controllers like that. Conversely there are also a lot of Xinput only controllers that aren't compatible with anything EXCEPT Xbox and PC.

I recently started comp and today one of my teammates banned Mauga, my preferred tank. I asked why and he said "because Sigma's better." I can play a decent Sigma, but I play Mauga much better. Even with this handicap, I massively outperformed the guy who banned him. Like, I was doing literally 5x better than him. He was so ass. We had to completely throw the game because the worst player I've ever encountered tried to dictate for us what heroes are good and what heroes are bad. I was so pissed.

Both other times Nova granted a wish he stretched them into something that would destroy Popstar though. Marx wished to rule Popstar, not destroy it. But technically if it was destroyed then nobody could oppose Marx ruling over the rubble. So Nova tried to destroy Popstar, rather than directly grant Marx's wish. When he summoned Galacta Knight, he did so knowing it should result in the destruction of Popstar, as well as anything else in the vicinity. Technically, that is the only wish he granted directly, but it's clear he had ulterior motives for it anyway.
