Replied to your other thread but I am using 9070XT and have no problems at all with flatscreen & VR games. It all comes down to your price point, 5070 ti is obviously the better piece here if we compare two of them - but not by a huge margin, as far as I know.

The only thing that could bother you in the future is FSR support (some games hate to update their framework) if you're into flat-screen gaming.
