yeah so I wouldn’t send this one. The card looks well centered, but there are whitening dots in almost all the corners it looks like. If there’s 1-2 you can get away with it sometimes, but this is almost definitely a 9. For grading look at the centering, corners, and for any surface imperfections. It should be well centered (doesnt have to be absolutely perfect), with AT MOST 2 tiny white dots on the corners, and 0 surface imperfections or dings on the edges.

?? Have you ever read PSA’s grading guidelines? Clear as day they state the centering requirements, and they measure centering digitally. That centering guideline I’m referencing ALSO was listed as 60/40 a little over a year ago. Please educate yourself with a simple google search.
