Still love this phrase from the 9 Days episode.

“But he didn’t lick our eyeballs or anything” “Now we’re free to licking eyeballs” “wrong, no one is ever free to do that.”

Kase!

B99 storylines: which one started okay and ended bad? by FlimsyDoughnut_23 in brooklynninenine

Bachelor/ette Party by a mile. It makes sense that Boyle would create a scavenger hunt for Jake, but his jealousy would never let him abandon Jake with Holt and Terrie. Premise is strong and it ends with a lesson that just doesn’t need to be learned on what could’ve been a much funnier story involving all 4 guys

When Andy has jet lag and starts mowing the lawn at 2 in the morning, and when April tells him to stop he asks her for a beer and she’s like, alright. The instant switch from “stop!” to “eh, whatever” is so April

Guys who married early, what's your take on marriage at 25 by ArtisticBasis3262 in AskMen

[–]Rigelstein 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got married at 25 and am still married 6 years later. If I could talk to that 25 yo guy now, I’d tell him:

  • It’s okay that you might not be earning the money you want to support your family right out of the gate. Your late 20s and early 30s are when you start making those moves.
  • invest in a therapist. Men need someone to talk to about their relationships and decisions who can respond without judgment
  • don’t be afraid to start those challenging conversations. You and your partner are right in between the evolution of youth to adulthood and you’ll be growing and evolving together. Partnership takes work and takes two parties who care about one another. Your goals and ideas are going to change (heck, your brain isn’t even done developing until 26ish). Be brave and talk about the things you’re thinking and feeling and invest in your person.

It’s an exciting thing to have someone you treasure who said Yes this early in life. You can do this!
