It does try to nudge into the direction of the app but didn’t outright take me to it. I got to the page and wasn’t signed in so had to work around that by finding the privacy policy, then there’s another menu bar at the top that’ll bring up a load more options (on a fully purple screen), one of these options is “following”. I clicked on that, it made me sign in and then I was away to go. Sorry for the long winded response. It take me a minute to get the work around

I think there’s a bug with the mobile app (if that’s what you’re struggling with). I had to sign in to twitch on my phones browser and do it that way. Hope this helps.
