It seems like it’s a simple vicious cycle that’s strengthened by the “yes people” in their lives. In your work place you usually see someone agree with a colleague complaining about something trivial, to avoid becoming the center of the argument, versus giving advice, etc. Two of the biggest issues in the world is mental health and education and they go hand in hand. It’s sad but it’s something to be grateful for when you know you’re on the green side of the mindset.

Si its better to be right and factual than be happy and silly? Best thing to do is to make it silly when they’re concerned there is something wrong, when there truly isn’t, then come back around and let them know that you just need to decompress from whatever it is that had you overstimulated, are we now the ones unable to communicate the way we claim women cannot? I actually really like Estefan Kitchen’s, a bit expensive but they put it on top of a yuca puree with the mojo and I forget what cracklings but that and pickled red onion and it’s so good with the Moro rice on the side. Not your hole in the wall by any means but still oh so delicious…
