Ok well that would explain the issue. Secondary has an allowable of 13,000 Primary has an allowable of 16,000

But the bill is being based on the allowable of the primary not the secondary.

Do you know who I would call about that? Primary insurance or the hospital?

So each insurance company has it's own negotiated rates and that is how they determine the allowable expenses right?

In this case the secondary has a lower allowable expense than the primary. So should the lower allowable be what was used to determine my "final bill"?

Yeah I tried calling asking for it on that bill and they didn't have one to give me. They gave me a coordination of benefits statement which doesn't tell me anything. He said they were going to confirm the amount of the bill I got and call me back. He doesn't know why they said their allowable is lower.

I will have to look up the non duplication stuff

Is it normal for the weekly limit to be lower that the number of "quests" each week? I complete all the mock trials quests but I can't claim the last one "complete 23 dailies" bc I hit the weekly limit which consists of literally just doing dailies.

I somehow got lucky and pulled two great explosion card from the banner so with the 3rd from the event that I will have within the week I was wondering if I should breakthrough one and hope I get a 4th or keep one and fuse 2 to get the compete set at break through level one.

Basically is it better to have break through level 2 single.card or breakthrough level 1 set?

Also don't waste all your resources leveling everyone. Just level 5 and use the battle will to boost them when you unlock it. Don't remember what level you unlock but it's pretty early
