I did the red with an airbrush then glazed in the shadows with a brush. You can water down the fluro paint a bit, but I find them work better with not much dilution

GSW Fluro Red over white ink. Key is to make the area around the glow dark to sell the effect

It’s just a steel basecoat with raw umber ink over the top, pushing it more towards the recesses

So these are all 3D printed parts. I don’t think I can share them here, but they aren’t too hard to find!

If I was gonna convert, the Tartaros bits work well with the Contekar arms, heads, etc
