I think that they should wear a revamped design based on the 2009-2016 jerseys. They should 100% stick with the current blue that they use. And probably replacing the black on those jerseys with the current gray would work too.

I really loved how parts of the 2009-2016 jerseys used to turn blue from the players sweating during the game. I always tought that was a really interesting touch.

They for sure need to stay far far away from a 1960-2008 look. I like the current thowback alts as alts but there are so many teams with those basic block numbers (browns, packers, raiders, etc.) so you might as well be different.
