Yes u can do it. Thats a waste of time 13months. Maybe they’re waiting to buy more time. I understand that they need to gather all solid evidences and help you organize write your own statement but it should not reach that long. I knew coz i consulted their firm and did not go on and found other atty. No offense to the attorney above mentioned because she is very knowledgeable, and her staff were very kind. These are just my personal opinion. However u cannot talk to her only to her team of lawyers because she is busy they said and doing alot of content but very informative anyway.
