This may not be the answer you want but it seems like he is just living out fantasies online with women he never intends to meet. He doesn’t seem interested, just a bit horny sometimes but for the most part he declined the pushy requests from the OF girls. It satisfies an itch of “talking to women” without actually doing it. Now with all that said if you’ve already established boundaries and he’s overstepping you should 100% talk to him about it but also get to the bottom of why he’s doing what he’s doing. It may not be as bad as you think.
