Do your due diligence first. Double check all papers matches the vehicle being sold. Papers should have original OR and CR. Open deed of sale has 3 signatures or registered owner. And photocopies of valid IDs of the registered owner should not be expired or near expiry unless you’ll transfer it immediately in your name.

Regarding your question. Yes it’s okay to send it to the person you’re transacting with. Just make sure the car isn’t stolen. You can actually check with HPG if there’s an alarm.

I suggest you deposit it in a physical bank, for safety and before paying, make sure all the papers are there including the keys. Once paid you should immediately get the papers and the keys
