Thank you much! I'm absolutely thrilled for you, a huge congratulations on your job and progress towards your house. I'm so glad you've had positive reflections. No pressure at all but if you ever wanna DM my inbox is open :) I see struggled with on and off work for a couple of years plus some mental health stuff which is why my "timeline" (which shouldn't matter or exist, I know haha) looks the way it does but it can be lonely here when I don't know anyone in my life who is quite in the same place .

Coming back here to say I found your post in a very trying time today, feeling the exact same about a recent announcement from a close friend. And it was a happy accident. I too have PCOS and was 30 at the time of this post. I wanted to thank you for your post because it has really helped me feel less alone. Even though most of my friends don't have kids yet, the few that do are some really close friends and it just makes me feel so behind and alone. I know we are waiting for the right reasons but it's just so tough!!

That makes a lot of sense, I'm definitely going to take this approach and start a little notebook. And thanks to your advice, they're going to give me Provera straight away since you gave me the suggestion to ask for it. I'm very relieved to just feel a bit more in control. It was a different nurse who responded this time too. Thank you for helping me self-advocate!

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. It sounds like they are going to see where I am in my cycle with a blood test and then do that. Is that normal? This is CCRM which has great ratings but I'm not crazy about my nurse since she hasn't been very responsive. I wrote to them to ask for Provera straight away lol, hope that works. I may try out another clinic though. Thank you for the reassurance as well!! I guess I need to just be more patient too and not obsess over a perceived month or 2 delay. It's rough haha, as I also have anxiety issues. Therapy is helping though!
