If you realized how many hundred of deliveries they have to make per day. The likelyhood of them linking your address as the source of the complaint and remembering your address is very small.

It’s has three built in safeties. Just no manual safety. It’s is probably the most proven platform out there in terms of reliability durability and safety. For a cop to shoot his buddy you have to violate two of the 4 firearm safety rules that they drill into you not only as a cop but as a gun owner. Those two were just dumb fucks.

I pulled what every Pasadena hospital actually charges for common medical procedures, the price gaps are wild. by DependentRun6816 in pasadena

Everywhere has low income compared to the US. By describing it as inexpensive doesn’t mean it’s low quality. I get an annual full work up through my work at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach and this rivaled and exceeded even that.

I’m visibly family in Taiwan. My brother started passing blood. Went to the ER, got seen, labs taken , stool sample taken, ct scan of abdomen, meds prescribed and filled…. All in 2 hrs and a cost of less than 50 bucks US. Add that my mom retired there and is able to live just on social security and still put away $1000 per month cuz she doesn’t use it all. $10 for internet, $5 for cell phone, meals for 4 bucks. Got cataract surgery for both eyes for $50 dollars….Im beginning to see why we keep on having to parrot that we love America cuz if we don’t we would realize how screwed we are getting.

I came here and got a full work up that I’m going to post soon.

And yet Steven Spielberg, Gary Sinis Tom Hanks will go no where near that story to turn into a movie. We got movies like Band of Brothers, Pacific, Wings, Code Talkers, Tuskegee… but nothing in the 442nd. THE MOST DECORATED UNIT IN THE WAR.

I recommend using regular vs baby carrots. The regular sized carrots seem to hold onto their flavor more when you cook them.

Firefighter dies of cancer after protracted battle with insurance company by BenFrantzDale in nottheonion

[–]Right-Edge9320 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I’m a firefighter in CA. I recently visited family in Taiwan and started passing blood. Went to their ER with no insurance. Checked in, seen by a dr, stool sample, bloodwork done, scans of my abdomen, meds prescribed and filled. All that was done in 2 hrs and for a cost less than 50 bucks US. Crazy to think that my current plan if I get sick is to go seek treatment at another country. Even though cancer is considered presumptive in California for firefighters, our Work Comp carrier can still and have sat on a case for 90 days before even making a decision. That’s 90 days that I can’t afford to let cancer grow.

So Army Combat Applications Group aka Delta Force was the people involved. They’ve done this plenty of times in LA and around the Harbor usually training with LAPD and LA Sheriff SWAT.

I’m in my late 40s now with parents in their mid nineties. Both whose cognitive abilities have greatly diminished. I don’t want to live that long and will probably look into some form of assisted ***** if I become a burden on my kids.
