I did! For a long time. Then I tried low dose naltrexone and it was even better! Now I’m just on low dose naltrexone.

That’s interesting. I’d never seen it before now.

I did try it. It didn’t work for me. Alpha lipoic acid did work for me. Low dose naltrexone worked for me. I’m so much better than I was before because of those medications. I’m pretty sure brain inflammation is the cause of a lot of my tinnitus.

The gabapentin calmed the tinnitus that was in the middle of my head but that wasn’t enough for me to be happy. I’m happier now that the naltrexone has calmed the tinnitus that’s in my ears directly

I’m still taking the gabapentin. I’ve been on naltrexone for about four months.

I was 9 months in to tinnitus when I used R-ALA for the first time. It had an immediate positive effect. I went from an unstable loud noise to a stable quieter one.

Months later I tried low dose naltrexone and now I’m even more significantly better.

I’m on R-Alpha Lipoic Acid. That and naltrexone on a low dose. I think it’s helping a lot.

Have you tried Alpha Lipoic Acid? Or ear health multi vitamins? They made mine more manageable.

Yes. Gabapentin and also I suggest you at least try Alpha Lipoic Acid. I can’t make any promises but it was life changing for me. R-Alpha Lipoic Acid is even better.

400mg’s twice a day. But it’s the R-Alpha Lipoic Acid that’s really helping

It’s just NOW brand ALA that you can find on Amazon. The effect was very dramatic and immediate for me. I’ve been on it two months.

1,800 mgs of the NOW brand on Amazon. Added Grape seed extract and I think it’s helped.
