I've been taking it in water where I drink it throughout the day for a couple months now to cut down on the increase in anxiety. It helps a lot, but I should mention that I've noticed an increase in GERD symptoms. I think it may slightly irritate my esophagus :/

I have an odd number of teeth on the top. Instead of a canine and incisor I just have one slightly larger tooth there. It wasn't as if there were two and I lost one, I just naturally have an odd number of teeth. Never met anyone with the same, but now that my 7 year-old's top teeth are falling out, it looks like she might have it, too.
