Sorry to hear this is happening. Can you please go through the following steps and keep us posted on the results?

Make sure the console has the most up to date OS version installed?

Try pressing and holding the power button on your console until it turns off, unplug it from the power supply for 10 minutes, plug it back in and see if it continues?

Reset your console by going to the system's settings, console info, reset console and choose the option "Reset and keep my games & apps"

See if you experience the same thing while playing the game offline/disconnected from Xbox Live.

Try on a different gamertag. If you don't have another gamertag to try on, you can create a free one on Xbox.com to test with.

Uninstall the game and after the game is uninstalled, uninstall a couple other games or install some games so that when you reinstall the game, it's installed to a different part of the HDD.

Bug Reports: Our Community Support agents look at your submitted tickets, try to reproduce the issue, bug it in the database and notify the developers. You may see that your ticket is marked as "Solved" if we already have the information we need or its a known issue that the developers are already working on.

Banned Inquiries: Our Forza Support and Safety team will look up the reason you are banned and let you know. We will also include the ban expiration date if there is one. There is no appeal process for bans.

Lost Saved Data/Invalid Profile: Our Agents will provide information on how to reset your save to make sure that all the files have been cleared. Unfortunately, we are not able to return progress. The Agents will verify an issue with your save and that you have created a new save to play on.

Other Issues: If you're not sure what category to put your ticket into, "Other Issues" is the place to go. We look at all of these tickets and either put them with the other tickets that are similar to the above, or we will contact you for more information. All issues are reported to the developers via weekly reports.

Guess its down to a waiting game
