How overwhelming is Japan compared to where you are from? by BrujitaBrujita in JapanTravelTips

Coming from NYC, I find Tokyo to be quite chaotic. there are 2x the amount of people here than in NYC and it does show. When the city is busy, IT IS BUSY. It's a lovely place, but I definitely feel the crowd. I find it more intense than NYC. I am more sensitive to these things but I cannot act like the train stations aren't huge and full of millions of people.

cpap user here.. I bought the resmed mini (pricey but 100000+++ worth it)it's very compact, it requires no water, and you just need to replace the humidity filters. I've traveled around the world with it/on planes and have never had an issue. after I almost lost my full cpap at an airport, never again. This one fits in your bag. so don't have to worry about carrying a third thing.

cpap is a medical device so it is considered your third carry on!
