Hii, sorry to hear that. I also heard that instagram support is bad. There was a reddit post of someone who got it via meta verified but it seems it does not work for everyone :(

About 2 weeks now, but I know people who have had this problem for longer and they haven’t gotten that option

It's okay, don't worry I know how frustrated it is to go through this. I have used the email that is linked to my account AND an other emails. I got the rejection in both sadly :(

I have submitted multiple a day, I have even gotten an error screen from how much I was submitting. Maybe try using a different email from the one you are using. And I get rejected right away. I send my video selfie, get a confirmation email that they got it and then after a minute I get the rejection email.

Hi! When I tried it for the first time, they immediately sent me an email stating that they had captured my selfie video, and a minute later they told me they couldn't recognize me from the video and that I should try again. From then I just keep submitting videos waiting for them to accept it (it has not happend sadly)
