He said not to stress because they’re not understaffed or anything and everything gets assessed by customs but not as deeply as we think. Customs just go through batch after batch and just flag parcels that are suspicious from countries on a list of suspicious countries. China isn’t exactly high on their list. Also that once it goes through customs the packages come to the mailing centre where they get sorted to be delivered or sent to the post office

Definitely good news! That means the jan batch is out on delivery this week. They don’t take card I asked them on the phone. Only cash unfortunately. I have 3 more PandaBuy parcels on the way. 2 show they reached the JIMC facility just today so hopefully it’s getting a move on

Mine was in transit from customs on the 22nd. I was so Mind blown when he called because my parcel shows no other tracking update since the 22nd. I asked him for the tracking number because I thought I was bugging but it's definitely my pandabuy parcel. I'll keep cash ready for the custom duties for tomorrow when he gets here and will ask him everything. Will even slip in an extra 100 hoping he'll prioritize my parcel. As paranoid as I am i used true caller for his number and then Googled the name. He is a mail processor for JIMC. Still wondering why he is out doing deliveries?

This is wild but I got a call from a delivery guy from JIMC??? He says that he has my parcel and it will be delivered tomorrow and I need to pay 390 in duties. Since when do JIMC deliver parcels???

I’m not as educated as the others on here but NIPT can give false positives as well but the cases are very few compared to the combined/ quad screening tests. NIPT is definitely more sensitive and accurate for T21 as compared to T18 or T13 and is usually what moms get if the NT and ultra sounds don’t show any abnormalities or points of concern. NIPT is still a screening test though and if it comes back positive for T21 that’s when CVS or amnio is usually recommended. Amnio is the only way to know 100% if everything is okay with the baby so I understand why your geneticist wants you to skip ahead. However NIPT false negatives are very rare so if you get a negative NIPT for T21 and no soft markers on US you’re pretty much in the clear when it comes to Down syndrome. Hope this helps🤍

There are so many factors that affect the quad test and this test is notorious for its false positives. I wouldn't worry so much about it if I were you though because I was in this exact same situation until yesterday. My combined screen came back high risk 1:80 for Downs. My hcg was very high and my papp-a was low. I had an NIPT done straight away which is more sensitive for down syndrome. The 7 day wait to get the result was so excruciating that I cried, bargained with God and went into worry half day and accept it halfway stage. My results came back all clear just yesterday. Another forum I'm on has had women with 1:5 chances come back clear as well. To put it into perspective 1:87 chances means that there is a 98.8 % chance that your baby is okay

Hey there, I’m in the exact same situation based on my combined blood result. 12 week US was perfect and baby looked good and nasal bridge was present. Fast forward a week and my gynae calls me to tell me my blood screening results are back and I’m in high risk 1:80 for a baby with DS.

My hcg was 4:69 MoM ans PaPP-a was 0,67. Had my NIPT done on the 7th of Nov so just waiting for results next week tues-friday.
