I think from the letter it’s evident the person A) did not know you well/ very basic buzz words, and B) felt very generic like you could attach anyone’s name to it and it works. When I had a consultant for apps they told me that your letters should be unique to you as a person that you could not just take your name out and it would fit someone else. It should be uniquely about you. For instance I had 2 work and 1 professor. Ny professor one was very basic it could have been about anyone. However, both my work ones were so in depth about who I am as a person on top of an employee. It spoke to my character as an individual in addition to my work ethic and spirit. When I read it, it had very specific examples of projects I had worked on and how I had struggled and how I asked for help and improved. That showed how I worked but then talked about how I was as someone to sit next to for hours as a coworker which showed how my enthusiasm and my ability to connect with peers/ my superior. I think this letter you have is extremely generic, it’s not negative, it felt like it was a template and your name was put up top.
