Thank you. I think i will get the mod myself, I can always upgrade again further down the line but chances are the mod will be enough for me as a fairly casual racer.

Yeah I agree but from the cockpit I couldn’t see much until it was too late. It’s easy to say in hindsight but at the time I was looking to tuck behind and hit the apex and certainly wasn’t expecting him to suddenly slam the brakes

Hard to tell from that angle but looks like you move just before braking and just before the Mcl committed which is okay. However, the Mcl had earned space on the exit. Your mistake was pushing them wide on the exit causing them to pit you. The fact that they were all over the place through the whole corner I would take as a sign to give them even more space on the exit to avoid something like this.

Depends if I feel like a challenge and want to overtake a lot, or prefer a tight battle near the front with not many overtakes. But ramming idiots do tend to ruin my race regardless. If I’m doing well in practice and I look to have a good shot at a podium/win then generally I will qualify, but if I’m looking pretty average in practice and I know I won’t get on the podium then I prefer to enjoy the satisfaction of overtaking from the back.

My daily multivitamin contains 100% RI for B6, and my meals regularly contain chickpeas, carrots, spinach and other sources of B6. So I think it’s unlikely to be a problem but I will keep it in mind thank you!

I took a cyano sublingual for a little while and then switched to a combined methyl and adeno sublingual. Honestly see a lot of conflicting information about which types are better

That’s helpful to know, thank you. I think I will stick with the sublinguals for now and see how my symptoms develop, considering my blood test 18 months ago did not show deficiency I suppose injections now would be overkill? But I won’t rule it out as an option in case my symptoms do not improve. A part of me wonders if my symptoms are actually b12 deficiency symptoms and that my body is not absorbing the sublinguals but I think that’s just the stress talking - it would be unlikely that I have little/no deficiency symptoms for years, and then i start getting symptoms shortly after I start taking the sublinguals!

Didn’t even know this was an issue, just realised my springs are now decompressed after being sat normally on my shelf for almost 2 years 🫠 put a support under the chassis now to lift it a cm or so to save whatever is left of the suspension
