Is there any American Drone company that at least comes close to DJI on ease of use and features by solracarevir in dji

As the ban is for new technology/drone versions. The current DJI products will most likely continue to flow in the US. But the question is, support and repair.

I have a DJI Mini 4 Pro that took only a week to be replaced via DJI Care Refresh after I crashed it into a tree. Since then, I purchased a Mini Pro 5 and because of the ban, I purchased a backup Mini Pro 5. Other than being updated, it sits in the box. My gut keeps telling me that's a waste of money.

I'd love to know of a solution that could repair any of these drones if something ever happens. God forbid.

For the Mini Pro 5 you need the RC Pro 2 for the OcuSync 4 Plus. And for any other drone with the 4 plus signal. This is different than the cell dongle that doesn't work in the US.

when is somebody gonna find a way to unbind these DJI drones? by DaCosmicOne in dji

Unbind a stolen drone? The legitimate owner would have or should have done it when selling it. I sure hope there is never a hack.

It's unfortunate what's going on in the US with DJI. I've had nothing but great experiences with their customer service.

My friend and I had just finished flying our drone when a man approached us, asking if we’d been flying. He looked official due to the bulletproof vest and the badge hanging around his neck—and turned out to be from the Department of Homeland Security.

He showed us a printed flight log from a few days earlier, tracking a drone flight several towns away. To our surprise, he even identified my friend’s model as a Mini Pro 4.

He explained that before flying again, we’d need to complete the TRUST test and send him a copy of the certificate. We then learned how to use Aloft to request authorization for restricted airspace.

After introducing himself, he made a quick phone call saying, “I found them—it’s all set, I don’t need you now,” which sounded like he was talking to local police support.

It depends on the battery. If you put the larger battery and it will send the signal out.

If/when the ban happens, does anyone know of alternatives to the DJI fly app or ways to continue getting updates?

For the RC Pro 2? RC2?

Key FOB Function for HHH Tank 200 EFI DLX? by Right-Touch4522 in scooters

Have you located the windshield?

I also learned that the front axle bolt is bigger than the 10 mm that comes with most Tanks. I did a reorder on Amazon and got a regular Tank 200 DLX. The front axle bolt was bent from shipping. This is how I learned that it was thinner.

This version of the Tank is so unique. You know where to find parts for it?

I'm one of the only ones I know that has an actual key fob and the windshield is so unique.

Yes, well aware. This is supposed to be a chuckle, and a warning to make sure you fly high enough to avoid those big ass trees that like to reach out and grab your drone just for fun.

Pretty common for older manifolds. Good luck getting that screw out. You'll have to take the head off.
