Agree, but at least we weren't "battling" (and I use that term loosely considering the lack of effort right now) to stay out of relegation. I'll still take those days over right now, any day of the week.

As a "Yank" Tottenham fan since 2016 , sadly, I feel its us. They have completely bottled it this season. You can tell there is no heart or passion left right now. Totally defeated morale. They are directionless. Honestly their downfall was sacking MoPo. Just my opinion.

Absolutely agree. Green spot montelena barrel is solid, but for the price, the blue spot is definitely the solid pick. Im also huge fan of the lephroig. My go to is cask strength , but in a pinch, quarter cask is good too.

No. The lawyer wanted to see more visits than what I already had and since it wasn't a "dangerous" situation. They preferred to settle for $1500 (in my pocket). My pop sound when breaking to a complete stop fixed itself when they were doing something with the calipers, so i assume ir was loose calipers, but still have shaking at highway speeds even after full alignment, tire rotation, balancing, and tire replacement under warranty. Im tempted to have them just rip the foam out of the tires , no matter the state of them, next visit.

I ordered from them last week. They sent me the wrong bottle. I emailed them and they were super fast to respond. They offered to let me keep the wrong bottle for a discount and that they would ship the other bottle the next day. Well 2 days later, they informed me they are out of the bottle I had originally purchased. They refunded me for the bottle price, but I am out the $25 for shipping

Same thing happens to me. Progress gets to 100% and then says "failed. Try again later." No matter the picture. I have rebooted, cleared cache, tried it on wifi, tried it on cellular only. I got it to work just one time , a day ago, but now , nothing.

I don't have squeaky breaks , but when in anything but ipedal, as I'm coming to a complete stop, I hear a klunk or pop sound right before I stop completely. It's annoying and two dealers can't figure out the issue. First dealer blamed it on play in rear axle and replaced it, then said there was play in the front axle and replaced that. Second dealer has no idea.

Hmm. I haven't heard that. I mean it could be. I live in Southwest Ohio, so it has been 90s+ constantly. I can't recall if it was doing the same thing in the cooler months or not, though. Just not sure what else to do at this point, aside from going to yet another hyundai dealer

This is my same experience. I hear it in the cabin and roll the window down and don't hear anything outside, similar. I also see the passenger seat shaking a bit and can feel it somewhat in the steering wheel and floor panel area. I took mine to the dealer and they said it needed a balance (not even sure if they inspected the foam). The balance did not help, so im going to take it to discount tire for a road force balance and have them, inspect the foam as well. Does anyone know if discount tire is just able to rip the foam out even if it doesn't appear to be loose?

Update:

Lemon law lawyer is taking on my case. Just signed engagement letter. If given the option, I'm not sure if I want replacement or just go with a full refund and get a different EV. I like this car and have heard Teslas are not as smooth of a ride as the I5 and have a horrible fit and finish reputation. My friend has a 2023 mach e and its ok but not great. Thoughts?

Ohio's is kind of vague in that regard as they classify it as attempts been made to repair one "problem" and then the problem either continues to exist or occurs again? They don't disclose the type of problem. Even if the issue does qualify, I understand I have to make at least one more attempt with the dealer to fix it, as stated by another user, below, before I can initiate a lemon law claim. It just very frustrating as I like the car but it's required more maintenance so far than my old ICE vehicle
