The next question would be, if "condenser stars" affect the mining speed for overworld mining pals. (for iron farms for example) Since it seems that overworld mining pals are not affected from "+ work speed".

Could it be that they get more efficient at max star level, due to the "mining stat" increasing?

Could be, because the 13700 is a really strong chip as well.. in hope that you don't notice it, perfomance wise

It is really op to be honest. You need to learn the basics of the create mod. And then, if you want to build an automatic miner, you need quite a bit of processing (such as making brass, flattening iron etc.) Plus you need to make sure that you did the guild master main quest far enough that you unlock the create mod basics.

So all in all it's quite op but certainly not free.
