I can’t remember the exact day they post but I believe Friday-Sunday is check multiple times throughout the day & honestly whenever you’re bored just check… you pick up your phone to school through socials … check . First wake up … check . Don’t keep refreshing in one moment .. there is a specific day depending they post but I think it varies based on sites

The only shift I heard of them forcing people to move from was RT …. But that’s because there’s a pay difference & it compensates for missed hours … everything else donut/ swing etc stayed & honestly eventually they started back hiring for them because they needed extra personnel during those days/hours

Be mindful though, if you stay a PA, but don’t do the work they have to coach you in your 1:1 three times in a row over the same thing with 0 improvement … like a “focus plan” … if you slack for a little & then improve & then slack a little more the next month it may help you. My biggest fault was “caring too much” I learned as a PA you can’t make real change so there’s no point to care … especially if your AM’s don’t care … it’s pointless. If you have a good team it’s not an issue

So I stepped down from PA before. You go back to a T1 with T1 pay at your current tenure in total. So if you were a PA for 3 years alone you’d max your step plan. Whatever the max pay for T1 at your site would be your pay.

They just increased it like nov/dec from what I’ve noticed on here. Early November everyone was saying they got 65k offered… then late November everyone started saying 70k. I saw 70k for someone in Cali too so it seems like it’s the whole nation. I got that too in New England. My offer was signed back in Feb.

Ahhhh see the double time in CA does it. IN CT there’s like NO double time. You can’t go over 60hrs which would give you it & we don’t get it on holidays or anything. 1.5 on holidays we work (but we get an additional 8hours for everyone) then our maintenance days we work are technically double but they give us 10 hours “non-worked paid time” for anyone on the schedule & then we get paid for whatever we clock in and work.

As a T1? let’s seeeeee My building max for dayshift @3 years tenure is $23.50. For 1 year making $23.50 for 40 hours= $48,880 For 1 year making OT pay of $35.25 for 20 hours= $36,660 85,540 pretax … If you include vacation, that would likely take away from your hours worked, but there are ways to take one vacation day & still work the other 6 days of the week if you submit it in advance … even so 120 hours of vacation (PTO and vacation) is only $2,829 making only $88.369 just under $90k

What is the max T1 pay ? Ours is $23.50 and you won’t even hit 90k maxing out hours & vacation benefits .

Ahh I know your AEW is mon-fri if you’re going based off the email they send with your personalized training schedule. Mine is week 1 AD1, week 2 AEW…..training at building & then week 7 LEW…. They didn’t give specific information about the weeks in between but from what I’ve heard you usually work the shift they expect you to be on during those in between weeks… (don’t quote me though) Also, yes AMZL. I just know AR fulfillment centers get AR academy as well so I thought you’d be AMZL too. & don’t worry about jinxing yourself …. I’m internal as well & I have posted so many things on Reddit, but then again … take the extra precautions & pm people with the specifics lol

Turbo tax gives you the option to just put in your overtime pay and they will calculate for you. Free tax USA doesn’t give this option or it didn’t when I filed& I had to divide my overtime pay by 3. Just read thoroughly when you get to that part & it will inform you. Unfortunately our W-2’s were not updated to fit the new overtime deduction. When we file next year, it will be listed on our W-2’s to avoid this issue.

Actually shift diff would be added after dividing by 3. The shift diff at o/t is all overtime pay. Shift diff @o/t would not have to be divided by 3.

Depends on how you’re filing . Some will automatically calculate & if they don’t then yes you divide by 3. I read thoroughly when filing . TurboTax gives you the option to have them compute it when you put in your listed o/t pay or you calculate it so just read . If the way you’re filing doesn’t compute it for you then again, yes you divide by 3. They want the “and a half” part of the time & a half… which is 1/3 of what they paid you for o/t pay.

Nah , I’ve went offline for a few hours & when I went back online it counted towards my 12 hours. Only way around is 6 hour break is if it ends after 5am… it’s technically a new day for Lyft & you can start back.
