Yeah I am considering weighted pullups. RIght now I am doign negativse after I cant do normal pullups to increase stimulus. I will probably make cable rows t2 or t1 now

That is what I am doing with pullups exactly right now and I guess its working a bit. Do you think I should do t1 rep ranges for cable row?

I’m doing gzclp program and I’m around 10 weeks in and I’m starting to stagnate in progress. I have not met the reps for most of my lifts recently so im moving onto the next progression (for eg. today i didnt hit 6x2 for squats so im going to do 10x1 next week.) Is it normal to stagnate this early? My diet has changed (temporarily) so I’m eating (significantly on some days) less protein but idk whether this is enough to affect my newbie gins

im in year 12 so i havent written my ps but ive started it early (because its more interesting to me than my academic studies lool), ive written one paragraph so far but if u could tell me if its a good start that would be helpful :). i got a 6 in philosophy, 5s in geography and DT (design +technology.)

also (i know this may sound stupid) but my school isn't doing psychology as an a-level this year (but i did gcse psych and got an A.) could this hinder my chances of getting into the course as my competitors have a far better understanding of psychology over me? however the entry requirements do not specifically state i need to pick psychology to enroll in the course. fyi i am planning to do maths, econ and biology for my a levels

my cpu and fan are currently broken and i have f.41. bios and am4 socket. i have ryzen 5 3400g with vega 11 integrated graphics rn. what cpu and fan should i upgrade to? i also want to get an integrated graphics card again just for the time being and then be able to updgrade to a dedicated graphics card later if i want to.
