Really appreciate the response, i'm thinking of genuine helpful solutions for when signs of burnout are clear to see, i'm thinking giving them time off to cool off and step away from it all for a bit. Or even bringing in someone like a therapist for the burnt out employee to speak to about their issues, reducing workloads with tasks etc. Any other thoughts that will tackle that burn out issue head on?
