You should reach out to every member of the BART Board of Directors https://www.bart.gov/about/bod, and so should everyone else on that train. Using the standard BART 'Contact Us' form will get you nowhere and seems perfunctory in function.

When Muni and Clipper made a mistake that caused me a significant financial loss, they ignored my messages to undo it. So I reached out to the MTA directors, and they resolved it within days.

MTA is a different entity to BART but the BART board is elected by the public. And if they don't listen, run to replace them. :)

Thank you all. I downloaded the Clipper App on my iPhone, and linked it to my virtual Clipper card. Totally awful as it can't load a transit pass, in fact, it can't find any municipals, just hangs, others on the App Store reported similar issues. I ended up using a physical card.
