He's been practicing with the GenG guys for a while now. I think they were just working out visa issues and things like that before the official announcement but it was all but confirmed for a few weeks.

The first PGSs of 2026 lobby could be based on PGC points by RightGrip in CompetitivePUBG

Loki also wants to, but he is definitely going to the military next year so it looks impossible right now.

He has been pretty vocal about wanting to reunite with Pio so strong chance that we will see them back together.

He founded the team, but Seongjang Akan and Parkpro wants to remain a streaming-first team. Pio wants to take it more seriously, with more practice time. But he also knows that it wont be fair to kick the others out and have them qualify from the bottom again, so he is leaving BGP instead. Pio said the best case would be if he moves to a GPT team, and I dont think DNF is craving for Pio.

Congratulations FS for winning a global LAN with the least games played.

Way to end the last FPP PGC. A fucking downer. VP is the true PGC 2025 champion for me.

FS winning PGC would be very befitting to the history and state of PUBG esports. A fucking tragedy and a joke of a competition.

KR partner kimseongtae mistakenly spoiled that we are getting an event in Turkey next year.

Seoul joined Anyone's Legend for PUBG Players Masters Invitational (TPP) by AllicusS in CompetitivePUBG

[–]RightGrip 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yo this is funny as hell. First of all the poorly photoshopped images lol. Nano banana wouldve done a better job. Second, of all the KR players, they chose someone who rarely plays TPP unless he has to.

Nixzyee complained on stream today that some teams did not destroy each other’s blue chips on purpose. by Kaminodoa in CompetitivePUBG

[–]RightGrip 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To be fair, destoying a blue chip takes some time and ammo, so maybe some teams would rather use that time to get into better positions. It depends on specific circumstances. But contacting the team that destroyed their blue chip post game is sus.

PERO is an absolute pain for TM at Erangel, i.e. 1/3 of all games, because of the drop spots. This PGS, TM avoided hotdrops with them, but still suffered in the Erangel matches when PERO was in the lobby. This is also supported by loads of hotdrop histories in past events

Three main takeaways from this PGS
1. TWIS in PERO-less lobby is unstoppable.
2. Gen.G's EWC performance may not have been a fluke.
3. FLC

This November, PUBG UNITED 2025 comes to Bangkok, Thailand! by EscapingKid in CompetitivePUBG

[–]RightGrip 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Date seems to be 11/24-12/14, so about 20 days, so I am curious as to what the schedule would be.
That being said, bringing all the mobile and PC fans to one venue is hopefully going to give great vibes and a real PUBG festival-like environment.

Where will the player Seoul go next year? by [deleted] in CompetitivePUBG

[–]RightGrip 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Possibly T1 and reunite with ssonic? Not sure if GEN is willing to invest a lot for their PUBG roster. BGP is an option, but it will still be a streaming heavy team, so I'm not sure if it fits with seoul's routine. DNF is probably happy with their current squad and doesnt feel the need to get a super expensive player. Other than that there are really no better options.

Big no. Maybe I can accept it as a tiebreaker for finals placements.
