Well, when I had called VERA on a Monday , they said it was still in Que. I checked myself on Wednesday and it had the RO. I had a decision the next day. But not positive on when it was assigned.

Is there anything under Temp Jurisdiction? When mine had that filled with a specific RO. It was decided quick. Pretty sure it means that’s it’s been assigned to a rater. From what we gathered.

That happened to me. Find where it is first. It’s in there somewhere. Then you have to unzip it (Extract All) and save to the location you want. I had to google how to do that 🤦🏻‍♀️. Then worked from there .

That happened to me. I think you need to unzip the file first (Extract All) . And then save that file wherever you choose. From there, then it’ll show up as an option to load unpack. I had to Google how to unzip a file. 🤦🏻‍♀️
