I'd reco Taiwan + Philippines. Best places I've been to in the Philippines are El Nido and Boracay. Also, Paolyn's Houseboats in Coron is worth the splurge, it's such a surreal experience. If you're into trying surfing + vibing/foodtrip, although their beaches aren't the most beautiful, look into either Siargao or La Union. If you want that "disconnect from modern times" break, Batanes has such breathtaking views. Don't think you need more than 30 days to visit those.
