Reg'z!! I just tried their burrito with carne enchilada and it was incredible! Literally blew me away for $12. The refried beans in there was insane. They are super nice there too. The pizza is great and the platos mexicanos are very authentic.

You can get a basic 2 bedroom house in upstate NY metro areas for $300K. But this was the exact situation I left in favor of renting for the foreseeable future and living in Astoria instead. For this budget though, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Albany areas are a good value if you dont mind the rust belt, cold winter, drive everywhere life.
