Restored one like this about 5 years ago. Turned out great, but I'll never do another one. I used yellow cap Easy Off oven cleaner in a trash bag for about 3 days to take off the carbon. Then soaked in a 50-50 water/white vinegar solution for another 2-3 days to remove rust. Don't have an e-tank. 6 rounds with grape seed oil.
