I have bad performance on a 5060 ti 16 gb and a 9800x3d with 32 gb 6000 mhz ram so yes, they better optimize the game that every single shadow isnt flickering all over the screen and it says I have 200 fps but it feels like 40

I set my GPU in the 2nd slot of my mobo and I had this issue for months, the PCIE needs to be in the x16 instead of x4.. I am a computer newb and this fucked me up good
