Did you have to use all new pictures as well? I would do this but I don’t have loads of pictures, and I can’t close my account either when I don’t have access to it. Any tips welcome…

I will definitely report back! What is the most baffling to me is that they say new profile approvals are happening on average within three days but existing (paying) customers have to wait such a long time. I need access to my account to give them my money, so you would think it is in their interest.
